We are a Singapore-based software consulting firm with a vibrant team in Bandung, seeking a talented UX Designer with business analysis experience to join our team. We are looking for someone who can understand complex business processes, workflows, and approval flows - not just design attractive interfaces - and translate business requirements into intuitive, user-centric digital products that solve real-world problems.

The ideal candidate is analytical, user-focused, and comfortable working closely with stakeholders, developers, and product teams. You will play a key role in designing enterprise and government-facing applications that balance usability, business needs, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, product owners, and developers to understand business requirements and user needs.

• Analyze and map business processes, workflows, approval flows, and user journeys.

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

• Design intuitive and user-friendly experiences for web and enterprise applications.

• Translate business requirements into effective UX solutions.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation activities.

• Work closely with development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately.

• Participate in requirement gathering, product discussions, and design reviews.

• Contribute to design systems, UX standards, and continuous product improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design, or a related role.

• Experience designing products involving workflows, approval processes, forms, or enterprise applications.

• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions.

• Proficiency in Figma or similar design and prototyping tools.

• Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and usability best practices.

• Experience working closely with business stakeholders and software development teams.

• Strong communication skills with proficiency in both written and spoken English.

• Experience in bespoke/custom software projects is a strong advantage.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Available to work fully onsite at our Bandung office.
